The rainbow celebration, similar to the Glitter Celebration, was an early set of g3 ponies that each came with charm accessories. This set however does not have tinsel in the ponies' hair.

Rainbow Dash is a blue earth pony with a rainbow colored mane and tail, as well as a rainbow themed cutiemark. This specific set had two different Rainbow Dashes released in it, and this is specifically the second pose made. Mine still has her original charm.
Sunny Daze is a white earth pony with purple, pink and yellow hair and a sun themed cutiemark. This specfic set had two different Sunny Dazes released in it, and this is specifically the second pose made. I found mine in the goodwill bins right when I was DREAMING of having a Sunny Daze, so it was very lucky. Her hair is unbelievably frizzy, but it is such a good texture to feel in my hands (autism) that I adore it.
Fluttershy is a pink earth pony with pink, yellow and purple hair and a butterfly themed cutiemark. I got mine alongside the Sunny Daze mentioned above, and her hair is also frizzy but not nearly to the same extent.
