Little Whiskers is a white teeny tiny pony with fading pink hair and a rattle cutiemark. Mine still had some of her factory curls when I got her, and while I usually comb out factory curls so I can properly clean the hair (I know I know, I'm an evil bastard >:P ) I actually tried to preserve them best I could on this one single pony in my collection because I fell in love with the way they looked, I only ever tightened the curls that were already there.
